Country Pursuits Event

The Corporate Event Company, subsidiary companies & staff have a wealth of experience in the field running country pursuit days and team building events.

A combination of outdoor challenges & experiences; during the course of the activity event participants will work individually and collectively to help their team. Primarily though, activities are selected to be fun, engaging and suitable for people of all skill/fitness levels.

What’s Involved?

We’re happy to help you select the perfect combination of activities to allow your participants to experience new challenges whilst bonding and working as part of a team.

Venue Requirements

We will happily work at a venue you have chosen, this could be a country hotel with ground facilities or simply a large field with the most basic of facilities. Our requirements will be based on the activities you finally choose. If you would like us to source or recommend a venue we can arrange this.

Teams

Teams will ideally be made up of five to eight participants, although smaller or larger numbers can be accommodated.

Duration

The Country Pursuits Event will usually run for 1 to 4 hours depending on the number of activities chosen & the client’s constraints. We regularly run longer & shorter events however and can easily accommodate your brief.

Instructors

On each activity guests are under the instruction of our professional instructors & will be taught the skills required to complete the challenge successfully & safely.

Falconry

A huge hit being informative, entertaining & fun. Your falconer dedicates his life to birds of Prey; his infectious enthusiasm always makes this activity a rewarding success. Guests will gain hands on experience with a wide variety of birds, from owls to osprey, kestrels to falcons.

Target Shooting

Using .177 spring loaded air pistols and .22 air rifles guest will be given a safety brief followed by tuition in the safe use of the guns. Teams will be shorting at traditional bullseye targets as well as rotating and knock down targets.

Honda Pilots

These exhilarating 400cc American Dune Buggies are always a popular choice. This event will give all drivers a chance to feel like a racing driver with individual lap times & team relays. The best vehicle of it’s type on the market has proven itself to be an adrenaline pumping activity.

Ferret Racing

Meet these excitable furry ferrets! A fun activity, whereby the real winner are the ferrets, as they race to the finish line for their favourite tipple – milk.

Reverse Steer Driving

This is a very different driving activity, turn the steering wheel left and the Land Rover immediately turns right!!! Fun and skilful this activity is always a big hit.

Gun Dogs

Your dog handler will have a variety of breeds on show, this event will be informative as well as giving a very hands on experience for guests.
